Braelinn Village is the largest as far as land mass of the 6 villages in Peachtree City. Open green space is abundant.

Braelinn Village has been residentially developed over the past 30 years.

The only developments underway in this village at this time is office development (Braelinn Village Office Park) as all residential building lots have been developed. 

However, Mountbrook Subdivision located just outside of Braelinn Village in the Starr's Mill area near Peeple's Elementary, Rising Starr Middle, and Starr's Mill High School—currently have lots available for development.

Mountbrook features custom homes from five-hundred thousand and up—on 1 acre plus lots.  The subdivision has over 100 acres of greenspace. Well water is used for the landscaping and there are some waterfront sites.

The homes are connected to public sewer and public water and a private swim club is planned. Access to the Peachtree City Golf Cart Trail is available.

Open green space is abundant and many subdivisions are built around the Braelinn Golf Course.

Luther Glass Park (Commonly called Three Ponds Park), Rockspray Pond or Flat Creek are in close proximity to most subdivisions in Braelinn Village.
