To find a Central Atlanta home that you will be proud to own you must consider not
only the location—but the educational services and potential resale value. In a
sense they go hand in hand as the top schools normally will enhance the resale
value of your home in most cases.
Choose top-ranked schools for better education for your children and appreciating resale value when you decide to move. Rarely does a home purchaser remain in a home over 10 years, therefore it is imperative that you choose your home correctly and keep resale in mind at the time of purchase—not after you purchase.
In other words begin (purchase) with the end (resale) in mind and you will be well ahead of most home buyers.
Buying or selling a home should be a good experience, one that makes you feel confident.
Look for easy access to schools, work, gyms, and entertainment.
Atlanta Home Prices are down and so is the home inventory in Atlanta, but there are still great deals in Atlanta.
